The best news about colder days ahead is that soup season, a classic fall meal is here!
We combined two favorites: tomato soup and Archer Farms Chicken Pot Pie Bites. The chicken Pot Pie Bites can be used as an appetizer alone, or paired with this recipe for tomato soup. We used freshly sliced French bread as croutons to top the soup. The soup can be made ahead of time and reheated when needed but the bites are best served fresh. This meal is an easy plan for Halloween night to keep your trick-or-treaters warm and everyone’s taste buds more than satisfied.
